Noo!! Jess, don't say that!! It can't be her, can it? They wouldn't do that to a well liked character.. would they? Oh! Here's a thought. Maybe it's Johnny who dies, he's leaving, right? So, maybe he dies and Ruby sticks around with the Slaters!

:D

Yep! Both Johnny & Ruby are leaving...

Something I read:

Spoiler (Well it maybe classed as one)

Ruby is the source to Johnny's down fall... Not sure what happens but its a roller coaster of events which leads to Ruby finally leaving the square fro College.

I really really don't want Ruby to leave. Producers on soaps make me so mad sometimes...I swear they live in a bubble and have no idea what the public response is at all. I know I say this all the time but I just can't understand it when they constantly axe characters who are among the most popular on the show! H&A does it, Eastenders does it, what's going on?!

Deep calming breaths...

I know!! It's so frustrating! Maybe they just felt that Ruby had to go because it wasn't realistic for her to stick around in a place where she had no family at the age she was?

Yeah, I can see their point, but if what Daza says is true surely it's not realistic for her to go off to college without any family or anything to live with in the holidays? They could have brought in a new family member or something, it would be a good opportunity for a new character. Personally I thought she was great with the Slaters, and with Kat and Big Mo leaving they need some more relatives!

Big Mo is leaving? Damn! I didn't know that! :( Yeah, Ruby was great with the Slaters, she seemed to fit in with them.

What do you think of her 'friendship' with Juley?
