girl_from_uk Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 I thought eastenders was quite funny last night with ruby crying onto sean and his face his was pulling and when he rolled his eyes when he started kissing her lol
Danifan Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 I wish Sean, Stacey, Bert, Peggy, Pauline and most of the time Billy would get axed i hate them all.
~Amy~ Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 I wish Sean, Stacey, Bert, Peggy, Pauline and most of the time Billy would get axed i hate them all. Sean? I actually like him he never fails to make me laugh like last night when he just started kissing Ruby to get her to shut up. I agree with the others but throw in Patrick and his wife too
claire_louise Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 I thought I was going to like Sean...but I'm really not sure anymore. I want a villain that I love to hate, not just hate. On the subject of axing, I say keep Billy (loving him and Honey), Patrick and Yolande (they can be really funny), Stacey (she's really grown on me and is a great actress) and Peggy (an institution!). Personally I'd get rid of Bert, Pauline, and all the Millers (Keith seems to have disappeared anyway). There aren't that many characters I dislike, but they do need some stronger ones. I'd like to see a new Slater to replace the millions of them who seem to have left - as long as it's not the awful Belinda!
Danifan Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 Patrick and Yolande, i just find them so boring no matter how many affairs they have. I would like Sean but Ruby is my favourite so he annoys me for taking advantage of her. And also Squiggle and Carly who are both just really annoying, spoilt little witches.
claire_louise Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 Yeah I'm not the biggest fan of Carly or Deano, but I do like Kevin a lot and he probably wouldn't be as good without them. As for Patrick and Yolande, I wish their relationship had been kept light and fun. Before Patrick had the affair with Pat they had a lot more funny lines (they still do, just not as often). I don't know what it is about Sean that I've started to dislike...I think it might be because he seems quite one-dimensional. I like my villains to have a nice/vulnerable side, but at the moment he just seems out-and-out bad. There doesn't seem to be any explanation for this either. I also don't think that Ruby is so awful that going out with her would be such a chore. Ok, so she's a bit spoilt but she's also gorgeous, intelligent and fun, and I don't buy his whole putting-up-with-her-is-unbearable attitude. ETA: Has anyone seen Louisa on Strictly Come Dancing? She's fantastic! It would be brilliant if she won ahead of Emma Bunton.

She's fantastic! It would be brilliant if she won ahead of Emma Bunton. I don't understand why they are making out going out with Ruby is such a terrible chore either. She is gorgeous and genuinely a really nice person and Sean's mean streak is really irritating and not very enjoyable to watch. And they also annoy me by making out Bradley is lucky to go out with Stacey, who is a nasty, stroppy vile little cow to him most of the time and too much like hard work. I'm also not buying Ruby's blinded by love thing for Sean. Yes she's nice and not very experienced and naive but she was always made out before to be really intelligent so she would have seen through Sean by now or at least be a bit suspicious of his motives. Louisa is great on SCD, i really want her or Emma to win.
princess.sparkle Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 I'm s loving Sean right now, I think him and Stacey have such a great o n screen relationship, they're just so sweet and believeable as brother and sister. I'm also really glad Ruby's gone, although I don't understand quite when her character changed so much.
Danifan Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 I miss Ruby, she was great. Sean and Stacey are really annoying though, the way they are with each other it's as if they fancy each other or something. Very creepy and weird. That and i just plain don't like Stacey 'aren't i great, everyone love me' Slater and her screechy, whiney little voice. She needs a good slap.
~Amy~ Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 I thought Louisa's final scenes where great. Definetly a perfect ending and by that time she'd annoyed me so much I had no pity for her.
