Mrs Bishop Posted April 7, 2009 Report Posted April 7, 2009 At long last Paddy has himself a girl Chas how long will that last have to wait, must admit he is good with Arron. Quote
Zetti Posted April 7, 2009 Report Posted April 7, 2009 I dont want Paddy and Chas to be together. I love Chas and Carl! Damnit why did he have to get married to Lexi! Quote
Mrs Bishop Posted April 7, 2009 Report Posted April 7, 2009 That Masie Wild likes to play dangerous with bad boy Andy right under his daughters nose playing with fire there I would say. Quote
Slade Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 I’ve been off work this week and have watched Emmerdale properly for the first time in months. I have to say I’ve quite enjoyed it. Good seeing Cain again (and still has that effect where I can like and dislike him in the same episode) and also other characters played by well known actors/actresses. Interesting how Chastity is going out with Paddy now (or should I say was) - clearly a security thing. Lexi’s out of the picture and surprise, surprise Karl and Chastity sleep together causing the breakup of her relationship. Ashley seemed quite annoyed for most of that week, frustrated with the cricket team no doubt and unusually seemed to take this rivalry thing a bit far. Also Marlon’s been given a run for his money in the kitchen. So much catching up to do, what happened with Karl and Lexi? What happened regarding Jasmine and the bloke she killed? Why isn’t Cain behind bars? And I don’t even know what happened with Jack Sugden, Andy etc. Time to look at Wikipedia I think... Quote
Zetti Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 I have just gotten back into Emmerdale mainly because I want to watch Charity's return but I am liking the new characters. Looks promising Quote
Red Ranger 1 Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 Having a slightly hard time keeping track of Emmerdale at the moment but it's still good.Really not happy about the Carl/Chas reunion although thankfully it does seem as though they're writing it as a Bad Idea.Quite like the new family, the dad seems like a nice bloke, mum's got a nice sense of humour, girls are cute, boy...looks so much like his brother that's in Coronation Street that it does get slightly confusing at times.Oh yeah, other new family(gosh, where are they all coming from?).Quite liked the one who was also in Coronation Street, not keen on the other one on first impressions, seems a bit up himself.Charity's return could be interesting, I've heard some hints that it might be connected with a current storyline but I don't know if they're true or not... -Kevin- Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 I think its very obvious that Debbie's new bloke Michael is Charity's fiancee Maybe they are making it obvious as a red herring when they really shock us with Charitys fiancee is somebody else , seeing as its being kept secret. Lesley Bee Posted September 13, 2009 Report Posted September 13, 2009 I knew it was only a matter off time before Carl and Chas became an item again, but i feel so sorry for poor Paddy the writers need to bring in a decent girl for him, one who will treat him right. Quote
BeckyChristina Posted September 13, 2009 Report Posted September 13, 2009 I'm a massive fan of Chas and Carl together so am happy that they're finally back together but think the writers went about it the wrong way. I don't think Chas should have cheated, she should have just ended things with Paddy properly. But at the end of the day, I'm just glad they're together again Quote
Mrs Bishop Posted September 13, 2009 Report Posted September 13, 2009 I think the Writersgetting Chas and Karl together again is a bad mistake Carl always seems to get his own way would you really think Chas would do that to Paddy and really hurt him i dont think so as for the new family there ok but i think the mum has an alteier Motive trying to work her way into the kitchen and get Marlon sacked no one seen that yet ? As for the wilds where do you start the daughter is so up her swelf shes a true snob Mother just the same Son he thinks hes gods gift please some one tell him hes just a bloke and as for the father Mark we he seems to have had more women than hot dinners. Cant any one stay true or is it just me being Old fashioned. Quote
