Emmerdale

^ I think Michael and Charity were probably quite well suited. I thought he was a decent guy at first but considering the way he played both women, doing the whole 'I don't love her like I love you' thing to both of them, it seems he was just a creep after all. I wonder if this is the last we'll see of him?

I think he genuinely loved Debbie though :( the scene where he said goodbye to her was very emotional.

For some reason the last scene with Charity & Cain was the best part. It was just so reminiscent of Charity and Cain in the old days, I couldn't help but laugh when Charity told Cain he was such a loser  . The ***** is well and truly back and the old hate between Charity and Cain is reignited it was like she'd never even been away. Emmerdale at its best :D

I stopped watching this for a while and was so shocked when I read Charity was getting married to Micheal! Sounded good though. Haven't seen the episodes where she returns and the wedding and that but am going to watch them and if I find them good, I'll carry on watching Emmerdale.

Well I was one of those people who didn’t figure out the person Michael was marrying was Charity. I heard she was coming back but I didn’t realise it was now and I’d stopped watching Emmerdale for past few months up until recently. Really liked the wedding episodes. I liked the way Cain tried to stop Debbie from going knowing she was doing the wrong thing but in the end decided to take her there anyway because it was what she wanted and to be there to support her. Loved Michael’s reaction when he saw them and their reaction when they realised who he was marring. I was constantly smiling at Cain’s wisecracks. Charity came across really badly – desperate, wanting to get married purely for financial gain (no change there) and seemingly appearing to not care about her own daughter. I don’t think that was Debbie’s best moment either. She didn’t know it was Charity beforehand and was prepared to ruin the big day for someone else (who she thought was pregnant) for her own selfish reasons. In saying that at least she did it because she genuinely loved him and she actually did him a favour too. Ironically though it was Cain who made him see sense (even though he was lying through his teeth when he hinted that Charity was responsible for the deaths of her first two husbands). Funnily enough I felt quite sorry for Michael, I know he was stringing two women along but as already mentioned I do think he cared about Debbie and genuinely cared about Noah too. And the scene where he said goodbye to him was quite sad. I loved when Charity pulled up in her Audi and went to have it out with Debbie afterwards. I’m glad she’s back and really looking forward to some of the scenes potentially with other characters – Zak, Carl, Chas, Jimmy etc. Can’t wait.

I gotta say that, Emmerdale has gotten so much better in the last year. I had to stop watching when When the Kings bickering was ruining the show. But now I think Carl and Jimmy work much better without Matthew. That said, it would have been interesting to see Cain and Matthew square up again. The Wyldes have been an interesting addition to the show, though they were boring at first with their contrived niceness to the locals and they are more suited to home farm than the Kings ever were. Now only if they could get rid of Marlon.

Leave Paddy alone along with Marlon they have not done any thing wrong if you want to get rid of any one how about the wildes and there Sleese bag son Nathan oh yes and the other bit of trollope Ryans Mother.

Sorry but the Wyldes we're a huge part of Emmerdales climb back to where its at today so getting rid of them would be a huge mistake as there is lots of interesting stuff coming up for them including the reveal to the entire family that Mark is Ryans father. Whereas the likes of Paddy and Marlon are just dead wood floating about , as are half the Dingles. Faye is an extremely interesting character and I think she'll be the next Kim Tate.
