Slade
I’m starting to enjoy the Debbie/Charity relationship. I actually think they are like mother and daughter. Debbie being the mother of course and Charity the daughter. I spent the past couple of weeks quite disliking Nikhil. I don’t think he’s very likeable and he’s definitely not a people’s person unlike his brother. But after today I actually felt quite sorry for him. Finding out Jai owned the business and that Jai and his dad lied to him about it. I especially felt sorry for him when he said he’d been working his backside off for twelve years. This explains exactly why he lacks social skills because effectively his work has become his life so he hasn’t really interacted with people outside a professional level. Starting to grow quite tired of this Ashley/Laurel/Sally thing. It’s obvious Sally is after Ashley. Laurel knows it but Ashley will probably be the last one to find out. I hope they wrap it up pretty soon. Betty was annoying the way she was badmouthing Charity, Coleen is that you?
devon
Sorry, but I've gotta say it...I love Mark Wylde. I don't know why but I just do.
Slade
I’m glad they have decided to focus more on the Wyldes something which I felt had been lacking as of late mainly because of Charity’s return. I quite like both the parents, I feel they are good characters and the people playing them are established, well know actors. I really dislike Nathan. He’s a slimy little git. I hope when Kane comes back he’ll give him a hard time again. I can’t stand Maisie either, she’s a stuck-up, pompous, materialistic spoilt little rich girl. I really like Faye although I must stress that I don’t agree with what she’s doing with Mark at all even though it makes good TV. Definitely feel he has to take some of the responsibility. Natasha and Maisie believe that Faye is stalking him but he can’t keep away from her and whenever she starts showing any other male attention, he gets jealous and possessive. Really looking forward to seeing what happens regarding Ryan and the fallout if (or judging by how predictable soaps are I should say when) it is publically revealed he is Mark’s son. devon
Noooooo Leyla!!! Keep away from that sleeze Nathan!!! Loved Mark Wylde, again, tonight. I know people say he's wooden and stilted...but I really think that's how the the character is meant to be. He's like some kinda 1940's cad. Really pompous, but I love it! Slade
Too late I’m afraid as she’s already slept with him. And in typical soap fashion she immediately regretted it. The thing is unless I missed something I never really thought she was attracted to him anyway so I’m not quite sure why she slept with him. Perhaps she felt obligated to because he kept quiet about the money. Nathan’s now in a perfect position to blackmail her. He could either threaten to tell David what happened or simply go to Natasha about her stealing before. The ironic thing is she got herself into this predicament to avoid getting sacked but I think she’ll probably lose her job anyway. I really hope something happens with Aaron and Holly. I think she could be just what he needs to turn himself around and I think he could treat her right. He might face tough opposition from her parents in particular Moira and Adam might object too. I’m quite liking the relationship between Aaron and Paddy. I like whenever Aaron does anything wrong Paddy gives him a clip around the ear. I think he respects him. Red Ranger 1
I actually kind of hope something happens between Mark and Faye.I don't really like Natasha that much, she can be a bit smug and superior at times, so I quite like the idea of her house of cards coming toppling down. A big part of me really doesn't want anything to happen between Aaron and Holly.Given that he tried to blackmail her into sleeping with him not so long ago it would be a bit strange. Mrs Bishop
Nathan is such a sleese plying drink to Leyla then taking her home to Home Farm with the intent to do what we all know and saying that his sister was asleep up stairs i hope he gets it soon from david. Lesley Bee
Honestly i could wring Nathan Wylde's neck with my bare hands, god he is such a horrible character. Poor Leyla, she was a bit niave in thinking once she paid him back the money he would leave her alone what a creep, i hope he gets his just desserts soon. claire_louise
The whole Faye/Mark/Natasha thing is ridiculous. The basic premise (ie. Mark having a secret wife) was good, but the character of Faye is so unrealistic that it ruins the whole storyline. This is a woman supposedly in her late forties/early fifties, yet not only does she look ten years younger but she seems to go for men who are at least ten years younger (Mark excepted). Then we're supposed to buy the fact that she's done nothing but pine for her ex husband for twenty seven years?! She's hardly been beaten with the ugly stick, has she? As if she wouldn't have met someone else! And to top it all off she's now willing to forgive Mark without a second thought, despite not hearing a word from him for all that time and having to bring up their son alone? Come on.
