Slade
Was it me or did Adam’s eyebrows raise slightly when Aaron first took his top off on Tuesday’s episode? Seemed to be quite a bit happening yesterday. Some of the lines people were coming out with made me laugh. Firstly Zak’s line about the only person wanted to see Shadrach naked was an undertaker. Ryan’s comeback to Maisie after she suggested Aaron was joyriding and he said at least he wasn’t joyriding horses. When Aaron asked Debbie what Chastity wanted, Debbie told him Chas was asking after him and the way she followed it up with “Goodness knows why”. Anyway sadly Aaron appears to have gone of Holly now that she’s showing an active interest in him. It’s funny because when he was bare-chested as mentioned above she didn’t even bat an eyelid. Much as I hate to admit it there definitely appears to be something there between him and Adam. The stuff at Paddie’s made me laugh, especially the way Aaron was taking the mick out of Paddy’s underwear. It’s a shame Aaron keeps giving his mum the cold shoulder for the most part barely acknowledging her and when he does it’s only to be spiteful. I found it quite interesting in the Woolpack how Chas and Charity ended up having a drink together because neither of their children wanted to be near them. It’s funny because when Charity first came back she and Chas were at opposite ends of the spectrum, Chas desperately wanted a relationship with her kid whereas Charity didn’t want anything to do with hers. Now Charity is on the same page as Chas. Debbie will come round eventually. She doesn’t exactly strike me a being a person to hold grudges. A while back I thought there was something between Maisie and Ryan. Now it only appears to be one way. I’m glad she’s feeling pretty bad at the moment. Long may it continue. She never seems to have anything good to say about anyone and for the most part thinks the sun shines out of her backside. I just don’t find her in the slightest way likeable but on the plus side at least she’s not as bad as her brother who is the spawn of Satan. For the first time I had doubts about Ashley being a complete idiot. When he rejected Sally’s help initially I thought he was finally starting to see sense but again he couldn’t say no to her when she cooked a meal for Gabi and himself. Then after he and Doug got into another argument and Doug left he finally seemed to get some backbone and asked Sally to leave. So maybe there is hope for him and Laurel after all. -Kevin-
Excellent episodes last night!! I am very confused, from what I've read it seems that Adam isn't gay after all but I swear they have been hinting towards him being gay the last few weeks/months. His reaction to Aaron's attempt at kissing him was unexpected but maybe thats all because of his own insecurities. He was quite full on telling Aaron that he is "sick" and I feel really sorry for Aaron at the moment. I really want something to happen between them!! well not something , I want a proper affair/relationship oh well I am a bit greedy (McDean did start out with only one of them being gay so theres still hope yet. And another thing , how much does Adam look like is brother , Jason from Corrie) I am so glad Ashley was blunt with Sally as well, and it good to see a couple of the villagers aren't taken with Sally's facade. Loved Nicola and Val's comments towards her. This storyline with Aaron looks set to become really interesting over the next few weeks/months, and Danny Miller is doing a fantastic job so far. Well he didn't actually take her bag. He bumped into her and it fell into the river.

Slade
It brought a smile to my face when Ashley gave Val a serve. She wasn’t expecting that. I’m equally confused about Adam as well. I did say I thought there was something between them before but admittedly it was partially because of comments here. I’m not so sure about Adam’s sexuality now. After they crashed the car I started off feeling sympathetic towards Aaron and I didn’t like the way Adam just declared he was gay. How long has Aaron been after Holly for and didn’t he try to blackmail her into sleeping with him before he dropped the charges against her dad (although admittedly she came to him first)? Also this was someone who slept with Victoria Sugden several months previously. Is it not possible for him to be attracted to BOTH males and females? Anyway I ended up feeling quite disgusted with him. Firstly the way he almost hit Adam when he drove off, practically bit Paddy’s head off, was spiteful to his mum again when all she was trying to do was see if he was ok then he pushed over a blind woman and just left her there. I don’t really like the way Moira speaks about Aaron but I can see where she’s coming from. He’s a loose cannon. And if I had kids I would be worried about them hanging around with someone like him. When things aren’t going his way or he’s presented with a situation he cannot handle he lashes out at people and comes across as being quite dangerous. If he told his mum everything he would find things a bit easier I know she would support him. Nicola is just so transparent. I’m glad Scarlett saw through her charade. Keep the money for yourself Scarlett. Let’s face it Nicola just wants a free ride and for the most part as I said before is a miserable sour-faced cow. I’m surprised Chas and Carl can live with her. I have to admit I like the way Chas tries to wind her up a lot of the time.
Red Ranger 1
Really don't know what to make of Adam's reaction to Aaron. From one angle it looked like medium-grade homphobia, although it might have been the fact he thought Aaron had been lying to him(in order to get close to him)and still was that upset him. He's definitely been acting in the way people only act when their sexually confused best friend is about to get the wrong idea about them recently but I don't think he's got any conscious homosexual feelings at the moment.Although as I said before, I wouldn't be surprised if he does decide he's gay after all some time down the track.
