Ok, I'm feeling a bit more helpful today.

It's fairly simple really. You just need to open a blank canvas at the right size, depending on what size screen you have. Most people have 800x600 pixel screens. Then you simply copy & Paste pictures onto it, add text/color washes/patterns etc and just generally play around until you come up with something you like.

I don't have paint shop pro, so if you're looking for instructions for how to use it then I'm not the person to ask. I'm sure there are plenty of people on here who have it though, and you can usually fint tips and hints on the web.
