Lunch which is- 2 rice wafer thins with sundried tomato snd olive chutney, a lite Le Snak, a Nut Bar, Sundried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and ... A low fat low GI yoghurt.

Roasted vegetable and cracked pepper pasta with toasted pinenuts.

Edited I'm now trying not to eat too much Whittakers Dark Ghana 72% since i'm making chocolate and almond fudge
