TabbyCool Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 My New Rocks are really comfortable, honest! I would however advise against walking in them for hours wearing thin socks! Mine are really hard on hte back of the heels, the leather needs a good bashing! Even when I have plasters on my heels and thick army socks on top of my normal socks, they still hurt after a while! Then there's the fact that they are HEAVY!!! Walking around in them is difficult, stairs are nigh on impossible! Walking up hill aches my legs! All in all, they are hard work! I wore them for a few hours on Monday, I'm trying to wear all the boots that I don't wear much to get them all broken in, but I have to alternate between painful ones and comfy ones to give my feet a break! I'm putting 2 pairs of Dr Martens on ebay because they are too small, so once they've gone I'm allowed to buy a pair of para boots
Liz Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 Walking up stairs is difficult for me, due to the weight of the boots. I wear Vans most often.
-*-_Free Spirit_-*- Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 My New Rocks, I love them, but they give me blisters! Oooh, very nice! My New Rocks are nowhere near as awesome as those! My Babies: I'd be lost without them! WOW!! I love the knee high black ones with the buckles! My mates got a pair of those. They look like hooker boots but I love them!!!
TabbyCool Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 I adore them... all £120 worth! Yeah, New Rocks don't come cheap! Mine were meant to be £130, but I got them for £80 in Camden, they were the last pair in my size too
Liz Posted February 19, 2006 Report Posted February 19, 2006 That was lucky. I could have chosen a cheaper pair, but they were just so pretty!
MarMar Posted March 4, 2006 Report Posted March 4, 2006 Not the best, and there will be more, but here's two pics of my new hair.
Nim Posted March 4, 2006 Report Posted March 4, 2006 Your hair looks awesome. How long did it take to make your hair that?
