Liz Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 I should probably be reading Of Mice and Men and poems by Heany and Clarke for my exam tomorrow, but *gasp* I'm not. I'm re-reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince for the xth time.
princess_in_pink Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 Still reading To Kill a Mockingbird, Angela's Ashes and my Edexcel Anthology for my exam tomorrow.
Jess Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 I should probably be reading Of Mice and Men and poems by Heany and Clarke for my exam tomorrow, but *gasp* I'm not. I'm re-reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince for the xth time. I *love* that book.....I'm a bit of a Harry Potter freak! I remember when the book first came out, I so didn't expect the Half Blood Prince to be who he is! I'm so looking forward to Book 7, it's gonna be ace to get all the answers, but I'll be so sad, it'll be like the end of an era! XxX
Liz Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 That's how I feel. I love the series and I really want to know the answers to everything, but I don't want Harry Potter to 'run out', so to speak.
Jess Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 OMGosh, I thought it was just me who thought that!!!! Did you ever do the WOMBAT tests on J.K.'s offical website? When the books come out, I just sit down and don't stop until I've finished the thing!
Liz Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 I refused to use the internet until I had finished reading the last book in case I came across any spoilers.
Jess Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 Me too! It would've just ruined it far too much for me! And I'm gonna have to be even more careful when the next one comes out because my little sisters use the Internet and will tell the world and his wife if they find spoilers! I'm gonna have to lock myself in my room and refuse to come out LOL
Jess Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 It's quite funny, when the book comes out they don't see me for a good 24 hours. And then I annoy them even more by wanting to discuss the plot with them in great detail, when they haven't even read the thing! Awww...the joys of being a teenage bookworm ehhh???!!!
