Palm Beach
Description
This page is currently acting as a placeholder and we will be adding much more information on Palm Beach very soon.
The northernmost of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the real life home of Summer Bay could not be more different to it’s television counterpart. On screen Summer Bay appears to be a small town reached by small country lanes. In reality Palm Beach is home to countless millionaires, film people and artists, reached by a busy road with large selection of shops and cafes running along it. You can reach it by road from Sydney which is around 40km or in style by seaplane from Rose Bay which takes about 15 minutes.
Overlooking Palm Beach is the Barrenjoey Lighthouse which, after a fairly tiresome uphill walk, provides beautiful views of the beach and Pittwater.
