Summer Bay Favourite Departs for Big Screen Debut

Lincoln Lewis has announced that he is leaving Home and Away.

The 21 year old, who plays Geoff Campbell on the show, announced on 17th September to 2day FM that he would be filming his final scenes the following day.

His departure comes as he prepares to make his big screen debut – playing lead role Kevin Holmes in a film adaptation of the popular teen novel "Tomorrow: When The War Began." alongside Neighbours actress Caitlin Stasey.

Speaking of his departure, Lincoln said "I’ve been working in the training for the film with my commitments on Home and Away, so it’s been pretty busy. It’s exciting. It’s sad to be leaving the cast and crew on Home and Away. It was a hard decision to make, but I also think it’s the right time to go."
