Engagements / Aborted Weddings

Several engagements have ended after fate (or death) intervened. Sometimes a couple get engaged and depart, and we never find out whether, when, or if they made it to the altar. And of course it wouldn't be Summer Bay without the odd dose of failed wedding ceremonies! Here we list those engagements and ceremonies that didn't come to fruition.

	2007	Brad Armstrong & Sally Fletcher Sally couldn't go through with the wedding and didn't show up to the ceremony

	2010	Prince Vittorio Seca & Bianca Scott Got to the altar before Bianca fled with Liam Murphy
	2013	Heath Braxton & Bianca Scott Heath revealed at the altar that he'd had a one-night stand. Married a few days later.
	2015	James Edmunds & Ruth Stewart Roo had second thoughts after Alf interrupted the ceremony. James was later found to be already married.
	2016	Josh Barrett & Evelyn MacGuire Eloped but ceremony halted by Zac & Leah. Later split.
	2016	VJ Patterson & Billie Ashford Billie fled the altar and confessed to VJ that her baby wasn't his. Married in 2017.
	2017	Justin Morgan & Phoebe Nicholson (engaged, split)
